A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of the largest district partnerships
Own the renewal and expansion process for the assigned
portfolio
Lead consultative meetings with key district stakeholders using
data
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing the full customer lifecycle, from
onboarding through renewal and expansion
A minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying, customer-facing
position
A background in educational technology is preferred or a comparable
combination of education and experience
Adaptable and skilled at managing change in a dynamic
environment
