Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to troubleshoot and
resolve IT incidents for its employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient and courteous customer service while resolving
technical issues
Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly and escalate as necessary
Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex
issues
Required Qualifications
1 - 2 years of experience in technical desktop or helpdesk support
services
Experience with a variety of hardware and software platforms,
including Windows and Mac OS
1 - 2 years of experience in customer service
Bachelor's degree preferred
CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support Professional certifications
preferred
