Knowledge of JVM tuning based on test results.--- Good knowledge on network sniffers like Fiddler, Burp Suite etc.--- Ability to take each performance bottleneck analysis as far as possible, to the point of being able to suggest a fix.--- Analyzing test results and providing actionable recommendations.--- Experience in configuring and managing the performance test environment that mimics the production environment as closely as possible.--- Working experience in Agile methodology using Scrum or Kanban.--- Research new ways of performance testing and recommend system configuration and tuning improvements based on observations.--- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging tools in performance testing.--- Working experience in Onshore-Offshore model.--- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address performance issues.--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.--- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Life at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
