Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant with
Finance/Procurement System experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, configuring
the product to meet their needs
Conduct training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to
utilize the product independently
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize
customer requests and improve post-sales processes
Required Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience implementing or administering finance
procurement tools
Experience with procurement tools/ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP,
Oracle, or Workday
Strong data management skills, particularly with large sets of
sensitive data in MS Excel
Comfortable with software configuration
Willingness to take initiative to ensure customer satisfaction
