Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I to provide
technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web
chat
Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user
problems
Track incidents and calls accurately in the database
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a
plus
Minimum of two years of college completed or a Diploma/Certificate
course finished
Prior Software Application support experience is a plus
Prior BPO experience in Technical Support is a plus
Familiarity with ticketing systems is a strong advantage
