Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst
responsible for researching and resolving internal customer
complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and monitor direct complaints, developing action plans
for resolution
Handle a minimum of 35 cases per day and assist in the complaint
collection and reporting process
Develop reports and key risk indicators to improve complaint
handling efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in complaint management and reviewing
sensitive information
Knowledge of federal regulations related to consumer finance
Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, G-Suite, and Microsoft applications
Experience in root cause analysis
