Production Floor Lead-2nd shiftAre you a natural leader with a knack for keeping production lines running smoothly? Do you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Production Floor Lead!As a Production Floor Lead, you will oversee the flow of production and ensure the efficient packaging of dry food products. You'll be at the heart of our operations, guiding a dedicated team to meet our high standards and deliver quality products on time.Job Duties:Leadership & Direction: Oversee production lines, guide Machine Operators, and ensure the accuracy of production paperwork.Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for personnel issues and production obstacles.Liaison Duties: Serve as the bridge between the production floor and the management team, including the Production Manager.Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet customer specifications and comply with food safety regulations and GMPs.Hands-On Support: Assist on the production floor as needed to ensure daily efficiencies are met.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pmPay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing production environment.Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively and handle challenges with a professional demeanor.This Client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
