Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Activation & Growth
Specialist responsible for driving the adoption and usage of
fundraising functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound campaigns to educate customers about new
fundraising features
Guide customers through onboarding and activation of the
fundraising feature
Track KPIs and report on activation rates and competitive
conversions
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in a relevant role
Familiarity with SaaS products and competitive landscapes
Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting performance
metrics
Familiarity with fundraising platforms or K-12 education is a
plus
