Job Description:
A company is looking for an Industry Value Advisor to help
clients identify and realize the value of their solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop industry expertise and stay updated on trends and
challenges
Create tailored value propositions and comprehensive business cases
for clients
Engage with clients as a trusted advisor and collaborate with
internal teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA
preferred
7+ years of experience in a similar role within the technology
sector
10+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as sales or
consulting
Experience in AI software, Contact Center technology, or digital
Customer Experience solutions is a plus
Proven track record of creating business cases and demonstrating
ROI for enterprise solutions
