Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Interviewer to conduct
telephone interviews for a health study.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic, computer-based interviews with accuracy and
integrity
Maintain confidentiality of all collected data and exercise
professionalism with respondents
Follow project specifications and perform other duties as assigned
by the manager
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of telephone service
experience
Ability to pronounce medical terminology correctly
Strong typing skills and good working knowledge of computers
Must have home wireless internet with download speeds of 50 Mbps or
better
Must have a private space to conduct interviews
