Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Associate,
Strategic Pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with intermediaries and partners to
source large employer opportunities
Coordinate communications between sales teams and assist in
scheduling demos and follow-ups
Prepare presentations and sales assets to support awareness and
referrals to the Enterprise Sales team
Required Qualifications
3+ years of business development or sales experience in a B2B SaaS
or fintech environment
Proven track record in supporting the sourcing of six-figure deals,
preferably in financial wellness or HR technology
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing
communication across multiple teams
