Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design Researcher to support the
continuous improvement of a complex digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement various qualitative research methods,
including usability studies and surveys
Deliver actionable findings to design and engineering teams,
advocating for research insights
Document and present recommendations based on research to inform
product direction
Required Qualifications
BA or MA/MS in Experimental Psychology, Human Factors, or related
discipline
At least 2 years of experience in experimental research within a
software product environment
Proficiency in conducting usability studies, interviews, and
surveys
Solid understanding of the design process and its enhancement
through research
Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines, including
design and engineering
