Key Responsibilities
Provide account support for customers with payment
delinquencies
Perform skip-tracing and collection duties to update customer
contact information
Support the sales organization and contribute to improving customer
experience metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent
Proficient PC and typing skills, including knowledge of Microsoft
Office applications
Basic understanding of credit, financial analysis, and
collections
Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and
holidays
Willingness to work in a remote environment with reliable internet
connectivity
