Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operational Readiness Specialist to develop and manage knowledge management strategies and support client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform
Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and documentation
Lead new client implementations and provide training on CCaaS functionalities

Qualifications

Strong knowledge management skills with experience in documentation
Ability to organize and structure content for accessibility
Experience with CCaaS platforms and related technologies
Familiarity with vendor management for knowledge management tools
Experience in training and onboarding processes for new systems
