Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Sr
Associate to support training operations and manage assignment
changes in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
Execute training assignment changes in LMS to enhance Role Based
Curricula
Collaborate with the DTI Learning Operations team to understand and
improve existing processes
Document, track, and manage all assignment change requests to
completion
Required Qualifications
Experience in Learning Operations
Strong analytical skills to assess interdependencies
Proven ability to track and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience in providing reports to support decision-making
