Bilingual Loan Processor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Processor to provide quality customer service and manage loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting
Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation
Communicate with various companies to obtain necessary third-party documentation

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
Fluency in Spanish and English
