Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Operations to oversee
entry and processing staff and ensure efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and
performance evaluations
Monitor production and quality effectiveness, making
recommendations for process improvements
Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and
respond to customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum two years of direct supervisory experience, including
hiring and firing authority
Two years of experience in healthcare or a production
environment
Experience managing a team of at least ten associates
Knowledge of government healthcare delivery preferred
