Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist
(EMEA).
Key Responsibilities
Become a product expert and understand customer workflows
Provide personalized support through video calls and manage
customer issues
Own client relationships and create customer success content for
onboarding and training
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in customer success for SMB and mid-market
customers in a B2B SaaS environment
Familiarity with CRMs and helpdesk tools such as HubSpot and
Intercom
Located in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Experience with asynchronous communication tools like Slack and
Loom
