Lead Host Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Lead Host at our restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, the Lead Host will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for guests and greet them warmly upon arrival.
• Assist with the flow of service, ensuring that tables are seated and served in a timely manner.
• Prepare notes for management prior to shift meetings.
• Update and print menus as needed.
• Organize guest reservations, special events, and table assignments for the entire floor plan.Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
