Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior User Researcher II to join their Design & Research team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with researchers, designers, developers, and product managers to create solutions for customer problems
Lead large projects impacting customer experience with significant autonomy
Produce research reports documenting customer jobs and pain points with recommendations for improvements

Required Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience researching digital products
Expertise in various core research protocols
Experience working with ambiguity and understanding research requirements from stakeholders
Extensive background in iterative design processes
Knowledge of Figma and relevant design & research tools
