Job Description:
Description: Will update: 4+ years of experience of a mix of
helpdesk and desktop. - Advanced O365 troubleshooting - Windows 10
support - Working off a ticketing system (ServiceNow is a plus) -
Experience with network/server troubleshooting and diagnostics -
Remote support - Webconferencing support and troubleshooting (they
use Teams and Skype) - Application support (Oracle, Workday, M365
suite, etc) Skills: Technical support, Customer service, Help desk
support, Windows, Active directory, Office 365, Application support
