Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Associate to
support healthcare services for older Americans.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare members for telehealth visits and provide post-visit
support
Coordinate care services, including lab testing, imaging, and
durable medical equipment
Triage clinical and non-clinical issues and follow up with members
after care visits
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical
Assistant (RMA)
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Two years of outpatient experience, preferably with telehealth or
house calls
Comfortable using electronic health records and various computer
platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
