Job Description:

A company is looking for a Contracts Counsel to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contract administration, including tracking and reporting key information
Redline and edit contract language, and assist with legal reviews and negotiations
Develop standard agreement templates and support vendor governance processes

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) is required
3-4 years of experience in contract development and management
Proven ability to interpret complex legal language
Sourcing experience is a plus
Commitment to superior quality and accuracy
