  • Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of Enterprise Application transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings.
  • Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served.

  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution.
  • Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization advisory, and program/delivery leadership.
  • Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application SaaS solutions: CRM, SCM, ERP, POS, Restaurant Front of House and Back of House Applications.
  • Enterprise Architecture Planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project services.
  • Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications initiatives.
  • Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area.
  • Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.
  • Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services) and a variety of business functional areas (Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Restaurant Technology, Sales, and HR).THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR:

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 80%.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The estimated salary range for this role is $131,000 - $164,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable.
