A company is looking for an HRBP - Technology (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession
planning processes
Facilitate conflict resolution and address employee relations
issues
Support the design and implementation of data-driven engagement and
retention strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources
Generalist work
1-2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional
teams
Foundational understanding of HR practices (e.g., FLSA,
Immigration, FMLA)
Experience with HR analytics and project management
