Job Description:

We're hiring a part time Grill Cook to prepare food at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations. Essential duties include taking orders from customers, preparing items requiring short preparation, serving food at multiple stations, and ensuring proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service meeting outlined standards.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
