Job Description:

• Certification Details
• AHA BLS, NRP, and WI or Compact RN License required.
• AHA PALS preferred.
  • Job Details
  • Neonatal registered nurse position available.
  • 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
  • Experience with CPAP, Trach, High flow, etc. required.
  • Experience in a Level 4 NICU environment necessary.
  • Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have Level 4 NICU experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years NICU experience.
    • PEDS experience preferred.
    • ADN required.
    • Able to work hard, resilient, and adapt well to change.
      • Schedule Information
      • 12-hour night shifts; 7pm-7:30am.
      • Every other weekend and every other holiday is required.
      • No on-call/call-back requirements.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Potential to float to critical care and peds unit.
        • Will float in rotation with other staff.
        • The Milwaukee NICU is renowned for caring for infants with a variety of health issues.
          • Additional Details
          • Blackout dates include 11/28-12/1, 12/23-12/27, and 12/30-1/2.
          • Professional scrub attire required.
          • Single small stud nose piercing allowed. No other visible body piercings or adornments except for ear piercings.
