Responsibilities:
--- Repair order system maintenance
--- Work with a team of automotive service technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service
--- Implement service procedures and standards to meet customer satisfaction goals and maintain a positive reputation
--- Monitor and analyze service department performance metrics, such as revenue, productivity, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement
--- Collaborate with the sales department to promote service offerings and enhance the overall customer experience
--- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to ensure adequate stock levels and timely service delivery

Qualifications:
--- 5+ years of experience in Porsche service and sales
--- Strong sales experience in the automotive industry
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
--- Valid US work authorization
