Job Description:

A company is looking for a Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Referral Nurse Navigator team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor the RNN team to achieve operational excellence
Coordinate coverage for all RNN client sites and manage staff schedules
Monitor RNN sites to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of experience in the nursing field
Familiarity with eConsults and referral processes
Strong technical aptitude
Experience in a multispecialty medical practice/clinic
