Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Executive Escalations Managers
Oversee the escalation process for timely resolution of high-impact
customer issues
Deliver regular updates to C-level executives on escalation trends
and strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in operations, consulting, banking, or a
generalist role
2 years of management experience
Proven track record of achievement with quantifiable business
impact
Experience in a fast-growth startup is a plus
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
