Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee email marketing strategies to drive engagement
and conversion
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring
seamless workflows
Lead social media strategy and paid campaigns, focusing on
performance and ROI
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B2B marketing, business, or a related field;
MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on
ABM and email marketing
Proven expertise in managing marketing tech stacks, specifically
Demandbase, Marketo, and Salesforce
Strong understanding of social media practices and audience
engagement strategies
Experience in leveraging data insights for account prioritization
and targeting
