Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of People to lead
their dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Inform strategic direction for the People function and ensure
alignment with company goals
Oversee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring
competitiveness and compliance
Lead the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and enhance
the candidate experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a senior People-related role, preferably
in a tech or digital marketing environment
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing
high-performing teams
Expertise in benefits program management and talent acquisition
strategies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
Experience with Rippling and JazzHR preferred
