Job Description:
A company is looking for a SOX Assurance Manager to oversee
audit processes in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform limited testing to verify the effectiveness of established
processes and procedures
Conduct client interviews to plan and execute audit assignments and
document processes
Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and manage staff
training and development
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience, with consideration for seniors ready to
step up
Experience with Big 4 or BDO, RSM, GT required
CPA, CISA, or CIA certification required
Real estate industry experience preferred
Experience auditing public clients required
