Join our team as a dedicated and experienced Full Time General Manager to help us expand to 11 quick-service locations. • At least two years of FOH leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurants.
• Experience with staffing/scheduling, managing a P&L, and financial understanding.
• Ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented regarding service and restaurant operations.
• Frequent availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.Duties:
  • Refine all areas of service in the restaurant.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, employees, and leadership.
  • Complete general administrative tasks, including cash handling and processing refunds.
  • Create schedules and publish them two weeks in advance.
  • Review store financials daily and present solutions to leadership.
  • Act as the point person for guest relations and promote hospitality.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to promote financial health.About Small Cheval:
