The Rooms Division Manager oversees the safe and efficient operation of the front desk and housekeeping departments, maximizes profitability, creating continuity and ensures high levels of guest satisfaction are achieved. This position provides training, support and resources to the front desk staff and the Executive Housekeeper.

  • Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills; ability to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks, high-level customer service, effective communication with guests and team members, able to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.
    
    Experience / Education

    • 5 plus years of guest services experience required (preferably in a hotel environment); management or previous supervisory experience required; Laundry, Janitorial, or Housekeeping experience preferred; inventory management experience helpful; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; Associates Degree and/or equivalent work experience
