A company is looking for an Enterprise Knowledge Management Manager to oversee knowledge management projects and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge and reporting management program
Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and implement knowledge management strategies
Provide training and support for knowledge management and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
ServiceNow CSA Certification
ITIL Foundation Certification
Knowledge Management Fundamentals course
Knowledge-Centered Service Fundamentals Certification
