A company is looking for a Regional Manager, HR Experience & Global Mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HR and mobility operations within the assigned region
Oversee capacity planning, workforce management, and regional compensation
Address employee complaints and maintain global culture within the team

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10-12 years of HR and mobility experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
Proven ability to manage HR regional functions and teams
Experience in capacity planning and workforce management
Strong strategic thinking and ability to implement training plans
