Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager Level 1 to provide
guidance and support to members and clients in an Employee
Assistance Program setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calls and secure chat contacts, conducting intake
assessments and risk screenings
Facilitate referrals to EAP providers and consult with supervisors
on high-risk cases
Document all interactions clearly and manage time effectively to
meet service standards
Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree in a behavioral health discipline such as
counseling or social work
Proficiency in using electronic database and records systems, and
call management systems
Minimum one year of experience in a behavioral health setting
Experience with intake screening, referrals, and case management is
desirable
