Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Research Analytics &
Bibliometrics for the US DoD.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer implementation and ensure contract requirements are
met
Oversee project planning and execution for DoD customers, ensuring
timely completion within scope and budget
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing training
and ongoing support for Dimensions tools
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with or in the DoD and understanding its
culture and priorities
5+ years of project management experience in an IT/software related
field
Understanding of the Science & Technology ecosystem and research
funding
Experience managing analysis and support tasks with basic IT
knowledge
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and global teams
