the Senior Procurement Manager for Supplier Collaboration, you will
be a member of the Agile Disruptive Innovation Procurement team
responsible for delivering Kraft Heinz's biggest bets for new
disruptive food-based solutions. You will play a critical role in
developing Kraft Heinz supplier collaboration program and building
out the model that fosters an environment of collaboration among
suppliers and stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally and
cross-zone (i.e., North America, International, etc.) with the
procurement, quality, R&D, and marketing teams to develop new
innovative solutions that bring value to the business.What's on the

- Develop and execute our Supplier Collaboration program.
- Develop, roll out, and maintain Kraft Heinz's Supplier
Collaboration playbooks.
- Develop and lead training and "road shows" on Supplier
Collaboration.
- Negotiate applicable contracts including NDAs, Development
Agreements, or other new types of contractual agreements that
solidify our collaboration model with suppliers.
- Execute Supplier Enabled Innovation events including crowd
sourcing engagements, supplier innovation fairs, as well as
prototyping and agile sessions with suppliers.
- Embrace Agile WOW, implement Agile @ Scale playbook, and
provide feedback on developing the process.
- Be a leader on cross functional workstreams to deliver fit for
purpose practices (R&D, quality, regulatory, legal, sales,

- I have experience in Procurement (i.e., Indirect, CAPEX,
Ingredients, and/or Packaging) and 3 or more years of applicable
business experience in the food industry (i.e., R&D,
Engineering, etc.).
- I have a demonstrated knowledge or experience in food or
beverage manufacturing process.
- I have a strong business acumen with the ability to understand
and explain Procurement results and variances to non-Procurement
audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills to develop partnerships
across the organization and with suppliers.
- I have a process-thinking mindset to drive new processes and
value streams.
- I am able to effectively negotiate and influence business
decisions and change.
- I have the experience or desire to learn and apply Agile ways
of working.
- I have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
