Job Description:
A company is looking for a CJIS Program Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR components of the CJIS life-cycle including customer and
employee onboarding, compliance, and audits
Develop and maintain internal documentation and standard operating
procedures for CJIS processes
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with CJIS
regulations and manage related incentive programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts Degree, or equivalent
experience
5+ years of experience in managing operational programs,
particularly background checks or government-related tasks
Experience leading cross-functional teams and building partnerships
across various business levels
Experience in conducting data quality audits and improving data
quality
Proficient understanding of CJIS and its execution
