Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Account Manager I to
provide support for payment accounts and customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and emails from payers/applicants,
assisting with account setup and inquiries
Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment
accounts
Maintain accurate account information and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school graduate required; at least 2 years of
college/technical school preferred
Two years of related work experience required
Ability to meet or exceed department standards consistently
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
